This has been my hubby and mine favorite place to go on dates for the past 8 years! The owners are so welcoming and attentive. Food? Wonderful. Once I start on one type of dish (my fav is Kung Po chicken) it hard to tear my self away from it the next time I order...wanting to all the dishes on the menu. You migh miss the building as it is just a little yellow building (they just re-painted it Yellow and it is cute) but don't be fooled by the un-fancy exterior...go in and sit and say yum and pat your tummy when you are through. Don't forget the Doggy bag..for you not the dog. I always eat up my leftovers in a matter of two days...all gone and now ready to go back to the resturant for more. This little resturant is a staple in Heber City. Go and be hungry when you go! Huge helpings.

I don't know about this place. Wasn't bad but just seamed to be okay. I love to find hole in the wall places but this was just okay.

This place doesn't appear to be much from the outside- but the food is pretty good! Sesame Chicken is yummy, my kids go nuts for the Sweet and Sour. The owners are very nice- and do everything themselves, from being server to cooking the food. Great place for quick takeout on busy nights.

Well we tried. Locals have sworn THIS is the Chinese place to eat at. Nope nope nope. We ordered hot and sour soap, wontons (cheese puffs), egg rolls, and potstickers. The food was boarder line " just okay" creeping into "this really isn't good". We ordered to go. Food was made in a timely manner. The potstickers were exspensive for quantity and they gave us like 10 drops of the sauce. Hot and sour soup was bland and nothing in it. I don't know. Canton city is my pick for Chinese in Heber.

Food was cooked terribly. So bad, I couldn't get a fork into it it was so hard. Wasn't worth being served. Same with the rest of my party. Good Egg Rolls. I won't be back.

I'm not sure how someone can like this food, but apparently people do. While there we saw couple of customers taking out their phone orders. Other than that the place offers horrible food. Hot and sour soup was like a cream, the orange chicken had unknown and suspicious pieces of stuff while being soft. Also with 2 different flavors and colors sauce. I left hungry having skipped most of my meal.

So a good option on Heber on Sunday. Kung pao shrimp and sweet and sour pork on our table. Cheese wontons were as basic as they come. Kung pao wasn't spicy but lots of fresh vegetables. Service was warm and friendly. Exterior is pretty rough but it's homey inside.

This is the best Chinese food in the county. My wife and I eat here all the time and we love it. They also have great lunch specials for a fair price.

Here it is: These folks know exactly how to make authentic Chinese food!! However, they do not get enough business regularly to move the food through fast enough! It stinks but if these people would catch a lucky break and somehow move into a more customer friendly space, we'd probably all go there. But, they are in a semi-dirty little used-up space where you walk in and wonder 'is this an actual business' and as your about to turn and make a run for it, a sweet little lady comes out and starts helping. I realized they had the right idea in the wrong place when I went in for take out on a Friday at lunch-time and it was totally empty. That is not a good sign. I've never actually seen the place full or even half full, so it makes me nervous about the quality of the food I'm getting. The last time I got food, these thoughts got me so nervous I think I hallucinated my food to being bad. (It wasn't) But, how can it be good at all when I'm 1 of maybe 15 customers? I wish someone would get these folks a decent spot to really do a good business! As far as now, I cannot recommend people to go there in good conscience.

A very humble little Mom & Pop. Mom doesn't let language barrier get in the way of being very friendly-we just love her! The food is always great, very consistent. Our family has been eating here since they opened and are glad they are in Heber City especially given the other Chinese option in town. It's a very small place and not real fancy. Don't judge the book by it's cover and miss out on this really great food. The chicken chow-mien, sesame chicken and shrimp w/ lobster sauce are our favorites.

I give this 4 stars just cause I went there so much and just seemed to kept going back. The chicken is always a little overcooked. The rice is awesome and the sauces are awesome.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
